Co-founders Steve Fleishauer and Marcus Grando have served clients in varied capacities of the marketing industry for more than 25 years each, and together they helped many local, national, and global companies grow their business. But after achieving successful records working for others, they began to ask themselves a few fundamental questions. First, how could we help businesses to not only grow, but to flourish? Second, could we do it on our own? Third, how can we Impact our local communities in a meaningful way?

As it turned out, the answer to those questions found them. It came when they were thinking about how to pitch their company to potential clients, and how it would serve as a “branch” to a business’s internal marketing team. Steve and Marcus began to notice repeated references to a verse in the Gospel of John in their daily lives: “I am the vine; you are the branches…”

They viewed the verse as an affirmation from God. So, both took a leap of faith and set out on their own. With the legal expertise of Tom Farnan, Steve and Marcus established Branch Creative Group in early 2020.

Then the economic shutdown hit. Businesses everywhere started to shutter. Each day brought worse economic news. Heck of a time to start a company, right? Yet according to that same verse in John, “those who remain in me and I in them, will bear much fruit.  For apart from me you can do nothing.”

Steve and Marcus kept faith, and soon many good things began to happen at Branch, and with their clients. They and the rest of the team believe many good things await you, too.
